Presentations & Pitch Decks:

A pitch deck is built to sell. A presentation is built to teach, align, or inspire. Either way, it starts with you and your audience. Where shall we begin?

The Process

1. Discover

We start with a conversation. No prep on your end, no forms to fill out. Just show up. We'll connect over Zoom for 30 to 60 minutes and talk about where you are, where you want to go, your timeline, and most importantly, your audience. We meet you where you are and take it from there. For the best, no-rush results, we should being to working together 4 to 6 weeks before your event.

2. Build

From first draft to final version, we work iteratively and on your timeline. Drafts go back and forth, feedback happens over Zoom or email, and we keep refining until it feels right. If you have brand assets, we use them. If you don't, we create them. The service includes design, copywriting, and scripting. Final delivery in your format of choice: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, or PDF.

Four computer screens with wireframe layouts for web pages, including various graphic elements and text sections.

3. Deliver

You show up prepped, confident, and ready for whatever the room throws at you. You walk away with a presentation that looks and feels like a natural extension of you and your brand. Something you're proud to put in front of any room, virtual or in person. The content is yours to keep and reuse.

For clients who want to go further, we offer:

  • Event liaison assistance: coordinating with event staff on technical specs, file formats, and AV setup so you can focus on presenting

  • Rehearsal support: timed run-throughs with feedback on pacing, delivery, and flow.

  • Q&A prep: practice fielding tough questions so you're ready for whatever the room throws at you

“Kim and her expert work in translating ideas and information into a visually compelling presentation is so much more that what you see on the finished product: her ability to architect the optimal flow of messaging for a high-stakes audience, and her guidance in how to communicate that information clearly and confidently as a speaker was beyond crucial to my successful delivery of a high-impact session to a room full of experts. I signed up for support in creation of a compelling deck, but I also got the bonus support of a confidence coach, cheerleader, and keynote advisor all in one. Cannot recommend her highly enough! “
